The glass bottle aseptic packaging device used by glass bottle manufacturers is composed of empty bottle sterilizer, aseptic ring filling device, bottle cap sterilizer and gland type aseptic filling bottle machine. The whole system adopts overheat saving to disinfect the bottles and caps and maintain the sterile state during filling and capping. The empty bottles are sent to the air trap in the sterilizer, which is first pumped into a high vacuum to purify the gas and the air in the bottle, and then disinfected by steam for 1.5s-2s.
