- Ensure the quality of raw materials, strictly inspect the physical chemistry, appearance, specification and other performance indicators of raw materials in the factory according to the specifications.
- Carry out material selection and classification according to the pipe selection and classification specifications of the system software.
- On the spot, the bottle making production line strictly carries out self inspection, mutual inspection, safety patrol inspection and sampling inspection according to the specifications and appearance quality to ensure that the product quality meets the regulations.
- The quality inspection department carries out full inspection and original factory inspection on the goods.
- Inspection method: high precision digital display in-situ stress detector shall be used for stress detection. The specification is tested with a micrometer with a precision of 0.02mm. The nominal diameter of the bottle stopper shall be tested with a nominal diameter micrometer with a precision of 0.02mm. The height width ratio of bottle stopper shall be tested with a bottle stopper edge thickness gauge with a precision of 0.05mm. The vertical axis error is checked with a thickness detector with a precision of 0.01mm.The thickness of the bottle wall shall be inspected with a thickness detector with a precision of 0.01mm, and the thickness of the bottle bottom shall be inspected with a thickness detector with a precision of 0.01mm. The reliability of organic chemistry was tested with high pressure steam sterilizer.
