Pretreatment stage: the pretreatment section of glass wine bottle spraying includes pre stripping, main stripping, surface conditioning, etc. if the weather is cold, the temperature of the main stripping part can not be too low and needs heat preservation. Otherwise, the treatment effect is not ideal.
Preheating stage: after pretreatment, it will enter the preheating section, which generally takes 8 ~ 10 minutes. When the glass bottle reaches the powder spraying chamber, it is necessary to make the sprayed workpiece have a certain amount of waste heat to increase the adhesion of powder.
Soot blowing and purification stage of glass bottle: if the process requirements of the sprayed workpiece are relatively high, this process is essential. Otherwise, if there is a lot of dust adsorbed on the workpiece, there will be a lot of particles on the surface of the processed workpiece, which will reduce the quality.
Spraying stage: glass bottle is a traditional beverage packaging container, and glass is also a historical packaging material. When many kinds of packaging materials pour into the market, glass container still occupies an important position in beverage packaging, which is inseparable from its packaging characteristics that can not be replaced by other packaging materials. At this stage, the key is to cover the sprayed raw materials evenly and maintain the same thickness.
Drying stage: this link should pay attention to the temperature and baking time. Generally, the baking temperature is 180 ~ 200 ℃, which depends on the material of the workpiece.
